Al Hamra by Ayelet, Zak Perfumes, 100ml EDP (Open Box)
Open box, never used. Full 100ml bottle with its original box.
Warm. Spiced. Richly sweet.
Al Hamra by Ayelet is an oriental Eau de Parfum from the Ayelet line by Zak Perfumes, a fragrance house based in the United Arab Emirates. Its name is Arabic for "the red one," and the scent lives up to it: deep amber in color and glowing with spice, dried fruit and sweet resins. It is gourmand and opulent, yet smooth enough to wear every day.
The opening is a heady swirl of cognac warmed with cinnamon and nutmeg, brightened by a lift of bergamot. The heart turns lush and dessert-like, with sticky dates and caramelized praline softened by creamy tuberose and the airy woodiness of mahonial. As it dries down, a plush base of vanilla and tonka settles over myrrh, benzoin, akigalawood and amberwood, leaving a long, sweet trail with real presence.
Al Hamra comes into its own in autumn and winter, on evenings out, and whenever you want a scent that feels cozy and indulgent. It is presented in a square glass bottle with a gold collar and a black cap, inside a black-and-gold textured box.
